The variety of food for the English breakfast was impressive. The staff at the reception desk was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were elegant and spacious. The location of the hotel is unbeatable, with a metro station right in front of the building. The area around the hotel is nice enough, with plenty of eateries and restaurants nearby.

Truly enjoyed our memorable stay during a business trip. Everything was well-maintained from the staff to the room, quiet bed and elegant room. The restaurant here was nice at the top floor, we both ordered hot dishes. The view to the lake it had was excellent. The staff was wonderful throughout the day. The hotel had a very central location and it was very close to Si Cheng Church. This venue was in a new area.

area, no doubt. All over downtown Hangzhou, near the lake and main trading area. It's also near a subway station. I found the bed very comfortable. detail of leaving a charger on the bedside table with all kinds of ports, is a detail that I had not seen in any hotel. Under the hotel there is a great bakery for a good breakfast with natural juice and a variety of coffee.
Room 1821. The plant had a faint odor, I think from smoking tobacco. The room smelled the same, too. It wasn't specified as a smoking area on the reservation. The carpet... poof, looks a little beat up already. The view of the building across the street, another hotel, makes your stay uncomfortable as you feel observed. I also didn't like the fact that despite being on the 18th floor, there was noise coming from the street, as this room faced the main street.

Always a good thing about this place - the atmosphere is nice and captivating. It serves as a good home base for checking out the area. The staff here is delightful, and the rooms are kept tidy and have air-conditioning. You might even catch a great view from your room, which is a nice bonus. The service here is also top-notch! 😊

It is not a bad hotel with good location in the city. Next to the waterfront of Lake Sihu. if you walk in a straight line from the hotel it's 10 minutes. in the evening it's the place where the light fountains show. The subway is not far - a straight line to the station. If you want to go to the tea fields and tea museum - around the corner at the exit to the right is the final stop of the bus 27, which takes you in 40 minutes straight to the village and museum. (museum 2 stops earlier). If you watch the "Memories of Lake Sihu" show, walk along the promenade to the left - about an hour - read this. Back we took bus 7 (2 yuan/person) to our subway and then 5 minutes on foot to the hotel (when you go - find out where you live!). Breakfast is on the 19th floor - there is a part of the hall where the windows overlook Lake Sihu. It's very nice. I'll also note. that you can open the windows in your room. it's so great. )! Because these high-rises have already been tortured). The beds are comfortable.
No robe - but it doesn't matter as a whole.
